The nonmagnetic FMJ’s 3,270 fps muzzle velocity (out of a 20” barrel) gives it nearly identical ballistic performance to our own Army’s M193 load. It’s the most basic kind of bullet you could choose for any kind of target shooting with any sort of AR or other 5.56 firearm.
