This bullet owes its match grade accuracy to several of its features, including its boat tail design which flattens its trajectory, its concentric AMP jacket which enhances its rotational stability, and its streamlined secant ogive profile. The ELD-X further features the Heat Shield tip, which is immutable in spite of the effects of aerodynamic heating.

The ELD-X delivers devastating terminal performance at practically any range. At high velocity impact, the bullet’s InterLock ring binds its core and jacket together to promote as much as 60 percent weight retention. At low velocity impact, its Heat Shield tip initiates dramatic expansion with as great as 90 percent weight retention.
